Where education finds inspiration
Born in a marquee. Now wherever educators gather.
It started in 2010 on the lawns of Wellington College, keynotes and fierce debate alongside live music, street food and deckchairs. Sir Bob Geldof called it the “Glastonbury for educators”.
Today that same warmth travels the world. Every edition is rooted in its own community, but each one shares the belief that great teaching deserves a celebration; not just a conference.
Our founders
Wellington College Education
Founded by Wellington College in 2010, the Festival was created to inspire educators and bring the sector together. EducationScape took over its operation in 2016 and, alongside Wellington College Education, has grown its founding spirit into a global series of inclusive, non-partisan events.
