Ticket questions

How do I purchase tickets for the Festival of Education?

You can purchase tickets directly through our website. Simply enter your attendee information, select your registration type and admission item, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Are tickets refundable?

No, all ticket purchases for the Festival of Education are non-refundable. Please ensure you are committed to attending before finalising your purchase.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

Yes, name changes are permitted and can be managed through the registration platform. Please log in to your account, modify your registration and follow the prompts to edit the attendee information. Ensure all changes are made ahead of the Festival.

What are the group booking discounts

Our Group Packages feature makes it easy to purchase 5 or more Festival tickets in one go and allocate to your team when it suits you.

Using our registration platform, your Group Manager can purchase and manage all tickets in one place, invite colleagues to register, and track who has confirmed their attendance.

This flexible approach allows organisations to secure places early and assign names later, without needing to manage multiple bookings or payments.

In addition, we also offer discounted group booking rates for groups of 10 or more. Take advantage of this opportunity to receive up to an additional 30% off the current ticket price.

How will I receive my ticket?

After purchasing, your ticket will be emailed to you as an e-ticket via the registration platform. Please add to your digital wallet or have it available on your mobile device for scanning upon entry to the Festival.

Is there a deadline for purchasing tickets?

Tickets will be available for purchase until they are sold out. We recommend buying your tickets early to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited.
